01 Overview

KORVA Sentinel ("we," "us," or "KORVA") is operated by KORVA Systems · A GORGO Company. This policy applies to all purchases of KORVA Sentinel products and subscriptions made through our website or authorized payment processors.

KORVA Sentinel delivers compliance methodology, regulatory mapping, documentation frameworks, and AI-assisted advisory services. Because these products deliver immediate and ongoing access to proprietary work product, our general policy is all sales are final. We honor this policy consistently and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

02 One-Time Products

The following products are sold on a one-time, non-refundable basis:

All one-time product purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies from the moment of purchase. No refund is owed for change of mind, failure to complete the intake process, underutilization of deliverables, or dissatisfaction with regulatory outcomes that are outside KORVA's control.

Why this policy exists: Each of these products triggers immediate allocation of proprietary compliance methodology, regulatory mapping, licensed professional resources, and staff time. The work begins at purchase. The cost is incurred at purchase. We price these products accordingly, and we deliver accordingly.

For AWIA Recertification Bundle · PE-Sealed engagements, refund terms specific to the professional engineering review component are governed by your signed Statement of Work, which controls in the event of any conflict with this general policy.

03 Subscription Products

The following products are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions:

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Access to the platform continues through the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refund is provided for the unused portion of any billing period already paid
  • Data export tools remain available throughout the remaining access period so you can preserve your compliance records

Your compliance records are yours. Before your access period ends, use the data export tools to download your utility profile, compliance history, and any documentation KORVA has generated for you. We will not hold your records hostage — but we also cannot guarantee access after the billing period closes.

Annual Prepay (When Available)

If you elect annual prepay billing, the prepaid term is non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the prepaid term.

04 Failed Payments

If a recurring subscription payment fails:

  • We will attempt to process the payment again over the following 7 days
  • You will receive notification at the email address on file
  • If unsuccessful after the retry window, your access will be suspended
  • You may reactivate access at any time by updating your payment information from your account billing page
  • If your account remains suspended for more than 30 days, it may be archived — data export is available on request prior to archival

05 Billing Disputes

If you have a billing concern, contact us at info@korvasystems.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We resolve most billing inquiries within 2 business days.

Where a charge is authorized under this policy, initiating a chargeback does not change that authorization. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount through standard channels.

We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws and card network dispute resolution requirements. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

06 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers and recent customers at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of KORVA Sentinel after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
